Support in R&D Projects
With over 7 years of experience in applying for and executing R&D projects, our company provides substantial support in the development of innovative projects. We have obtained 4 public grants and developed 3 patents in the last 4 years. Our close collaboration with the University of Alicante and the Alicante Science Park expands our research capabilities, allowing us to always be at the forefront of technology and innovation.
Tests and Technical Analysis
Our collaboration with the University of Alicante and the Alicante Science Park provides us with a wide variety of test and technical analysis equipment. With this support, we thoroughly evaluate the quality of plastic materials and develop innovative solutions. We have pilot plastic recycling lines for advanced testing, thus optimizing recycling processes and ensuring efficient and sustainable solutions.
Technical Consulting
Our team, with more than 20 years of experience in waste management and the plastic sector, offers technical consulting services. With access to cutting-edge scientific equipment, we provide recommendations based on accurate and up-to-date information, helping to find effective and sustainable solutions for the management of plastic waste.
Our Technical Laboratory and Research Team
We have our own laboratory equipped with advanced technology, including magnetic stirrers with heating and temperature control, rod stirrers, thermobalance, ZwickRoell melt flow index (MFI) meter, and all the necessary material to perform different tests. Moreover, we have the capacity to carry out recycling tests of 500 ml, 2 L, and 20 L, among other capabilities.
Thanks to our collaboration with the University of Alicante, we also have access to high-tech laboratories, allowing us to work in an advanced and adaptive environment.
Our plastic recycling pilot plant is equipped to perform the entire mechanical recycling process, from the initial shredding to the bagging of the recycled materials. Additionally, we have machinery for the elimination of volatile and semi-volatile substances present in various materials, mainly plastics, ensuring a recycled product of the highest quality.
